Our food is a culinary style originating in Punjab, a region in the northern part of South Asia, which is now divided in an Indian part to the east and a Pakistani part to the west. Our vision is to share our culture's flavours so everyone can experience authentic Punjabi food.
Our head chef and owner Sanjeev Kaushal has had this vision for over 17 years, but after 11 of his restaurants were forced to be shut down after the global financial crisis, it had seemed that this vision had died.
However, all these years later his vision is very much alive, as he looks to make his comeback hungrier than ever.
